项目说明：此项目是一个固态垃圾回收系统，也是一个能源再生系统。这个合作项目是在ABC，DEF能源公司与Komlo城市政府之间共同运作的，这个报告提供给有意向的读者作为初期了解，以确定此生意模式的适应性，以及贷款的可行性！ 由ABC设计的“废品回收与能源再生工厂”是通过匈牙利政府的环境影响评估的，此项技术在匈牙利全境都获得认可。Komlo早先是一个煤矿，能源的供给是自己自足。城市的领导人对于“将自己的城市由一个污染的城市变成一个洁净的能源生产者”这一思路响应热烈。这项技术将从垃圾污染物中获得新的能源。这个工厂可以每天处理300吨的垃圾：80%的城市的固态垃圾与20%的高能量垃圾（有毒物质，轮胎，塑料等）将被一系列的能量恢复汽化炉所分解，这些炉子是“可控氧化处理环境”，简称CORE模块。 这个生意被列为“非商业性质”，其收入将由同EMAZ的长期供电合同所保证，EMAZ是德国RWE的附属机构；EMAZ依法必须以市价购买本处理厂产生的电能，并且优先于其它不可再生的能源；垃圾的供给由Komlo城市担保。这些长期购买电力的合同减少了普通“商业性质”公司所联带的风险，这样就大大简化了生意规划阶段的过程，提高决策效率。 这个工厂的技术来自于加拿大，价格固定的关键工厂部分由ABC与Ledcor建立一个战略联盟来提供高质量的工程管理与质量保证。 混合的城市固体垃圾与工业废料的热量值大约是16500kj/kg16500千焦/千克（高热量值）。非惰性的垃圾的体积处理后将缩小到原来的5%；玻璃与金属将被分类回收；碳基物质将被转化为态气体，用于工厂内的能源再生系统。金属分类后将被卖掉，剩余的灰渣将被制成水泥产品。这个处理过程的目标是100%地利用所有处理的物质，做到零浪费。 |
