PACKAGING 包装

1. Primary packaging: Minimum: single PE bag; tied/or folded 内包装：至少一层PE袋，捆扎或折叠
2. Secondary packaging: Corrugated carton suitable to contain West standard carton quantities and to maintain product integrity during shipping. 外包装：瓦楞纸箱适合装威氏标准箱数量并保证运输完好无损

LABELING 标签

1. Each carton will contain one carton label with the following: 每箱都有包括以下内容的纸箱标签
1.1. Product number 产品编号
1.2. Product description/formulation 产品说明/配方
1.3. West lot number(s) 威氏的批号
1.4. Quantity 数量
2. Each carton will contain one shipping label with the following: 每箱都有以下内容的运输标签
2.1. Customer name 客户名称
2.2. Customer part number 客户编号
2.3. Customer Purchase Order number (where applicable) 客户订单编号(如果适用)

 

SAMPLING PLAN给样方案

1. West4u.com. will use the ISO 2859 standard when sampling (current revision).

1.1. Visual inspections will be unaided (naked eye). 视觉检测单独进行(肉眼)
1.1.1. Magnification may be used to characterize visually observed defects. 可见测试缺陷可以放大描述

DISPOSITION OF NON-CONFORMING LOTS 不符批量处理

1. Disposition of non-conforming lots shall not occur until West4u.com. is notified. West4u.com. has the option to resample or, upon agreement with customer, have the customer resample the product on a West lot basis in the presence of the customer's representative(s) and according to ISO 2859 Table 1 - "Sample size code letters", general inspection level II; Single Normal Plans. 不符批量处理须经MedCafe书面通知，MedCafe根据ISO2859表格-1 "样品尺度编码数"II级完整检验；单一普通方案与客户 达成协议通过客户代理 建议重新给予取之 威氏批量产品的样品。
2. Only agreed to product and quantity(s) can be returned to West4u.com. after obtaining a Return Goods Authorization. This authorization must appear on all documentation and product shipping containers related to the return. All returned products must be in the original West cartons with West traceability maintained. 只在获得退货批准证明以后退还MedCafe核准的产品和数量。此 批准文须包含所有文件包括产品退回运输集装箱。所有退回产品须在威氏可追踪的保存的原纸箱内
