西林瓶采用一级高硼料低膨胀中性玻璃。这种玻璃强度高且膨胀系数小，特别适用于冻干制品，没有遇冷或遇热爆瓶现象，并且导热均匀，其最显著的特点是带有反吹槽结构。有利于药品密封，且在罐装过程中避免跳塞现象的发生。机械加工性能优良，破碎率很低，药物相容性稳定，适合于现代生物药剂的各种要求。 |

医用丁基胶塞,西林瓶和铝塑盖清洗，硅化，灭菌和干燥方法
医用丁基胶塞和药瓶都是在10万级以上的生产环境中生产的,丁基胶塞是娇嫩产品，为药物的特殊性而设计生产，其工艺复杂，生产周期长，避免碰撞摩擦，小心轻放。
普通胶塞
清洗：在摄氏60度，先于无离子水在滚筒中冲洗冲去表面微粒，然后用温和洗涤剂如2%吐温80浸泡清洗数次。再用蒸馏水轻轻振荡下漂洗。
可以用稀释的酸或碱浸泡清洗，避免强腐蚀性的酸碱洗涤剂处理和钝器搅拌。
硅化：
在清洗最后阶段，将乳化医用硅油溶如清水注射水中拌匀进行硅化。水刚好淹没胶塞，在振荡下浸泡数小时，硅化量取决与机械走塞性能的实际需要来摸索。
建议硅化量：每平方厘米0.010-0.020毫克。（20毫克胶塞，每只表面积约：10平方厘米）
硅化后将水甩干，然后进行高压灭菌和烘干。
高压灭菌：高压121度蒸汽消毒20分钟。
烘干：
在摄氏80度流动气流下，烘干1小时，为避免胶塞相互重叠积水，请在烘干时经常轻轻翻动胶塞。冻干胶塞，可适当延长烘干时间。
免洗硅化胶塞
高压灭菌：免洗产品有呼吸透气灭菌代包装，建议整袋高压121度蒸汽消毒20分钟。
烘干：在摄氏80度流动气流下，烘干1小时，为避免胶塞相互重叠积水，请在烘干时经常轻轻翻动胶塞。冻干胶塞，可适当延长烘干时间。
注1：特殊情况台，也可在摄氏105度流动气流下，针对胶塞的水分要求，延长烘干时间数小时至胶塞水分达到0.05%。
注2：使用是请在100级环境下打开即用。
西林瓶
少量样品可以参照普通丁基胶塞清洗,灭菌和烘干办法,大批量生产则需要专业洗瓶机.
铝塑盖
整箱内包装没有损坏可以直接使用,少量样品可以参照西林瓶清洗方法,但无须用注射水和高压蒸汽灭菌,直接烘干后即可使用. |
